In her own words: “My background is diverse, to say the least! In previous lives, I have been in sales and marketing, including radio, real estate, mortgage loans and three network marketing companies. (Is there anyone out there who DIDN'T sell Amway in the 70s?) In the 80s, I was an executive with a firm attempting to open a factory in Southeast Asia. But over the years, I have learned that my passion is to be of service and to be self-employed.

In 1990 I started a small telecommunication business, which I sold five years later. It is still viable, and clients still ask for me. I then trained to be a Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Hellerwork Structural Bodywork and built another client base. Four years later I moved to a different community and started all over again. This time, I also launched a chapter of LEADS Club, an international networking organization, to help get myself known in my new community.

In practicing Hellerwork, I have become very aware of the connection between the condition of a client's body and the emotional stresses in their life. When a client also makes this connection, they start to make changes. I found that I was "coaching" my clients through these changes on an informal basis. This led me to seek formal coach training through Mindful Coaching Training of San Diego in May of 2000.
