In 2002 - 2003, I pursued my childhood dream to travel, live and coach in seven

African countries. Coaching is the realization of my life purpose to help others to clarify,

create and step into their own passionate and authentic life.

 I lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle including yoga, tai chi, artistic and writing pursuits,

 personal retreats and hiking.
