Yes, it's simply a Microsoft Word
document.
That said, do you really want some
complex
software program to buy, install and
spend
1) Spend 5 minutes getting clear on
your goals.
No need to agonize over every details.
This
is a "living" document so you can add
to it
as you go along. Ideally, just type
them into
the doc. (although you can print it
out and
hand write it, it's much easier to
just type
directly into the document). There's
space
for weekly outcomes, up to yearly
goals.
2) Then start brainstorming a list of
"Action
Items" and enter them into the Action
Item
list. These are the actions you will
need to
take in order to achieve your
outcomes/goals.
3) As you complete your outcomes and
your
action items move them into the
"Completed
Actions" and "Completed Outcomes" list
at
the bottom. This will allow you to see
your
progress in one easy scan.
4) Review this document every day and
throughout the day to keep yourself
focused
